At Orient Watch, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the watch to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
